    White blossoms

From my kitchen window I look out at a multitude of branches covered in soft, white blossoms. Unfortunately they are in my neighbor's garden otherwise I'd have captured some branches to display on my mantle like this (below). For the moment, I have to say the view outside is spectacular, I trying to savour every moment of it while it lasts...

    P.S - more Spring branches.

My favorite thing in spring: cut flowering branches... Wont you buy a little blooming bush and plant it in your yard. Even the smallest plant will grow in no time. Here are a few good ones: pussy willow, rosa banks rose, forsythia, crab apple, red bud...

I love the look of branches in decor. My most recent was a pussy willow arrangement and I always have to say, why wasn't I doing this sooner?
