Unsurprisingly, I instantly fell in love with Gwyneth Paltrow's kitchen in her new Vogue photoshoot. It is exactly what you'd expect from her - classic, elegant and thoroughly modern all at once. It has instantly been filed away as inspiration for my someday dream kitchen. Minus some, but maybe not all, of the toys - hey, that Buzz Lightyear is pretty cool!
Surprisingly, however, her office area seems to look identical to mine - a messy haze of books, books, books! I have no idea who let them in - definitely talking to the neighbor about this one!

I know what you mean about kitchen inspiration...I ripped out Aerin Lauders kitchen the 2 times I've seen it featured in mags :) That girl could be sitting in a plastic recycle bin with a banana clip in her hair and make it look En Vogue!!!

Style Attic - there are definitely just some spaces that capture you and you have to save to commit to memory.
Have to say though, I doubt her own office is quite so cluttered - let's face it, she can hire someone to tidy up :)

Great kitchen. The kind I dream of. Good to see Buzz is hanging around her kitchen as well as mine - my son saw Toy Story 3 this week and all the toys have come back out to play.

I covet Lynda Reeve's kitchen from House and Home magazine. I included a picture of it in a blog a few days ago. I have been re-doing a lot of kitchens lately for clients- I am craving a new kitchen of my own!!!

Still... it is no wonder her kitchen is spotless. She's a pretty renowned non-eater and big into the macrobiotic diet. I doubt that delicious looking loaf of bread in the shot ever met her lips.
The office? That may be a more realistic view.
