I love the intricate details and the way the light plays on Isabelle Abramsons delicate ceramic pieces. Isabelle is a self taught ceramic artist from Boston who started experimenting in porcelain while she was still working as a school nurse. I always enjoy hearing stories about people exploring their talents and creative side outside of their given field and find a new way to pursue something they are truly passionate about (and clearly very talented at!) Each is hand carved and signed by Isabelle and really is a work of (functional) art.

Wow really love the bowls. Would look lovely with some fruit or just left by themselves.
I also like how they are shot.

Those pendant lights are *stunning*! Thank you, thank you, thank you for posting this find. Our whole building is being rough wired as we speak and I'm slowly realizing just how many light fixtures I'm going to need to buy. I love the idea of buying something unique from a local artisan, too (we're also in Boston).
her work is gorgeous. the bowls would be perfect to hold baubles and such.
These are stunning - love!
Love her work! x
