    Pretty pieces in gold {above + below}

    I can be a bit of a magpie in my attraction to shiny objects and these pretty pieces by Tom Dixon definitely caught my eye. There's a lovely contrast in the delicate details and strong faceted lines and I can only imagine how beautifully the light would play between the shadows. I'd love to see the pendants in a cluster above a dining table - or even hung on either side of a bed as the perfect mood lighting. The candleholder would be a perfect starter piece for those wanting to venture into a little gold.

    'Etch' Pendant (above) and Candleholder (below).

    Sharalee,

    There you are! I have missed you so! Hope you are not working too much.

    I love so many of Dixon's lights. They are all statement pieces.

    And this one might be the new disco ball! Flattering in any room and the golden light must be amazing.

    Happy weekend.
