    Give-away: Jonathan Adler Elephant

    Excited to announce a very fun give-away here - a Elephant Bank by celebrated designer Jonathan Adler, famous for his mid-century inspired ceramics and lighting always with a dose of whimsy and fun.

    Each piece is made by Peruvian artisans who hand craft each piece from high-fired stoneware. This Peruvian workshop was found through Aid to Artisans, a non-profit organization that connects designers in America with artisans in developing countries to promote Fair Trade.


    To enter the give-away, simply leave a comment below and let me know 
    where you would display this charming little piece!

    The winner will be selected at random and contacted after April 15th. For an additional entry, share this give-away on your Facebook or Twitter page, then leave an another comment below to let me know you did. If you do not have a blog, please leave your email address in your comment so that we can contact you if you are the lucky winner.

    I would place this beauty in my living room on one of my tables or bookshelves. My boyfriend and I have a huge ongoing joke about elephants and I adore anything elephant decor! Especially if I can put some pennies into him for savings..

    well, this is fun! i have a slight obsession with banks (not to mention JA), and this little guy would look great with the rest!

    Oh am I in love with him or what? Too cute! I would put him next to my ceramic pineapple. Both are known to bring luck, and because I'm currently looking for my future place I think he would look wonderful in my entry way.

    This is darling! For now, it'd be in my bedroom- the safest place from my little girl. One day when we have a mantel or decent bookshelves, it will live there. Or I might give it to my best friend who likes elephants. :)

    Oh wow, he is adorable. I would LOVE to display him in my bedroom, next to my Buddha. You see, I have a red sari brought back from India hanging over my bed like a canopy, and it has an elephant and paisley print. This elephant is the perfect compliment!

    just made my first living space purchase--a 1967 14-foot trailer! this little elephant would join me in the turquoise kitchen (when i'm not driving) and be an inspiration for the ecclectic modern look i want to create. i also need all of the good luck that trunk will bring. :)
