This past Saturday, the city of Toronto was alight and alive with beautiful art in all forms for Nuit Blanche. Throughout the city, so many of us had the chance to wander through the city's art galleries, musical performances, dancing, photography and much more from dusk till dawn on Sunday. This annual event has become one of my favourite and this year was no exception. One of my favourite stops this year was the Sunny Choi Gallery on Queen St West. Acclaimed fashion designer, Sunny Choi, while having a prolific and long-standing career in fashion, has been focusing on her love of painting. Her passion for fashion and glamour is immediately apparent as is her meticulous attention to detail and appreciation for the female form. The images are bold, sultry and seductive and will draw you in right away. See more of Sunny's beautiful work here, and if you're in Toronto, head down to the Queen West gallery to see more in person.

Oh, i'd love to go to that one time... sounds like it was a lot of fun!
It really was fun - you should come up next year!
fantastic paintings. the combo of drips and more painterly stokes with the solid form nicely executed.
